UK: We accept returns for non-faulty items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You must notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order, and you then have another 14 days to return the item. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs if you have paid for shipping costs in your order. However, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty. If the item has been deliberately damaged or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue only a partial refund at our discretion.

US, Canada, and Australia: For customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia: Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or defective. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
