How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
United Kingdom: We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery for non-faulty items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
United States, Canada, and Australia: Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or defective, within 7 days of delivery. If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
