Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order:

  • Canada: 5-10 days
  • Australia: 5-10 days
  • UK: 3-7 days
  • France: 7-12 days
  • Germany: 7-12 days

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days, feel free to get in touch.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • United Kingdom: We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery for non-faulty items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

  • United States, Canada, and Australia: Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or defective, within 7 days of delivery. If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
